Wondering what on earth you will do once your little ones (or you, for that matter) come down from that lovely sugar high that occurs from eating tons of Easter sweets? Well, after you rinse your mouth and brush your teeth, you should consider indulging a bit more. No, not with more candy. Settle down and relax by taking in a showing of The Cat In the Hatthat the whole family can enjoy after the day’s Easter egg hunt is over.
What Is It?
The Secondstory Repertory is performing a rendition of Dr. Seuss’s The Cat In the Hat as adapted by Katie Mitchell. As a part of the Theater for Young Audiences Series, this show is kid-friendly – there’s even a special all-ages showing on Sundays for very young children. For Saturday showings, however, the theater invites grade-school age children and older theatergoers.
When Is the Event?
The first showing will take place on Saturday, April 4, 2015 at 1:00pm and again at 3:00pm. If you miss the first one, you may attend one of the following shows at either the 1:00 or the 3:00 showing, including:
